The Art Workshop is an award-winning comprehensive fine-art program. Each session focuses on the fundamental skills of drawing, painting and sculpture through age-appropriate instruction in mulitple mediums.
The Art Workshop after-school fine art program was created by Christine Awad Schmalz, a working artist who lives in Mukilteo, Washington.Christine was inspired by the need for local, afforable, and professinal fine art classes for children.
The program stresses the concepts of fine art and provides children with the tools to help them succeed in various art projects. Many participating students have won both local and national awards.
